I took almost seven hours to complete this. The writer separated this book in small parts. In each part the reader will find something innovative and a deep view of that matter. The writer also labelled a small note at the beginning the book; it is very beneficial for the readers to get an essence of the book within few minutes. The writer did his research on the people of Japan especially of island of Okinawa where most of the people are hundred years old. This book is the eclectic information of that people.
