MY MANTRA FOR LIFE
Start my day with a litre of normal water. And try to drink 4 to 5 liters of water a day. It helps me in losing weight and keep me well hydrated . I eat dry fruits like water soaked almonds and raisins, roasted grams, cashews, pistachios, and groundnuts, flax seeds, figs, dates etc. along with boiled eggs and fruits. One should eat as many fruits as one can. It helps in weight management and these food provides me a good source of protein and carbohydrate, omega 3. I do some exercises like yoga, running, weightlifting and i keep myself active throughout the day, I even take a walk while talking with someone on phone and i avoid taking conveyance for short distance, i avoid lift and escalators and try to use stairs as it is good aerobic exercise. I also have acupressure kit that i use whenever I get time or when i am using my phone in free time.
