LOCKDOWN TO EXPOSE

In this period of lockdown, I am writing this not to tell you how to keep yourself safe, how to keep yourself fit not for this disease but for future. Neither I am writing this to compel you to learn modern skills that make you healthy. This is not a time to be anxious, not to feel that you are not doing this time that you are supposed to do. You may also complain that you do not have proper environment to do something, like if you are pledged to be fit but you are not allowed to go to gym, you want to read good books but you do not have that books. You may also feel irritating to listen about this pandemic, irritating  to wash or sanitize hands again, irritating not to allowed to roam around, eat outside food specially Agrawal ke samose.

Writing this to force you to do introspect before this lock down and after it. It was very busy life, you are not supposed to think about yourself but to follow a rat race, you do not have single minute to do something new, you do not have time to think for others and maybe for yourself. God gave us this period as lockdown not to take rest but to take one step back to jump two step forward. I want you to remind from the birth of your life till now the things that once you thought of doing but could not do. it  may not be big things but small things once you thought to experience. Think how can this lockdown period be fully and efficiently utilised only for yourself. Dedicate  some time for yours strengths and weaknesses at the same time explore yourself in the area of your interest whether it is a weakness or strength. You can also take help from your friend in this by simply asking for  your weakness and strengths.

For this I talked to my colleague and senior engineer Mr.Harish. He expressed different things. I asked Mr. Harish, “What do you think and what are you doing in this period of lockdown?” He told, “I think it’s positive side, it is boon for us that God gave us to think and do what we wanted to do. I never got such a  chance to spend a quality time with my family,  I cooked baigan ka bharta for them,  I am also learning storytelling, storytelling is not only a way to express one's thought but also helps in communication. I am also talking to my friends, college friends,  childhood friends, talking to them is such a tremendous feeling that I cannot explain in words, we not only talk but shared funny pics of each other that were captured in college, make fun of some other friends, also recalled nickname of each others. I watched family album that was in dust,  with my family. My elder sister and younger brother pulled my leg when they saw half naked pic of mine. I along with my brother and sister did childhood activities like making a boat and plane from paper. I am also reading a book rich dad and poor dad that I downloaded in my phone but did not open. I am also learning and practicing yoga with meditation from internet. My greatest interest at college was singing that I almost forgot, this time I am sweetening  my neck to revive my talent of singing.
After listening Mr.Harish, I was surprised but promised him that I will also follow his thought and expose myself.
