In the time of this pandemic, you can do something to distress yourself with optimum utilisation of time along alongwith happiness. You may feel alone, you may lack productive work to do, you may feel lack of interest. Here are somethings you can do....


1.Write Diary..


The impact of the lockdown, have left many people isolated and scared about what the future might be. I am keen to hear how people are experiencing this totally new way of life and suggest them to write diary whenever they feel alone, they can share each and everything they want to have conversation on.


2.Explore your hobbies...


Doing a hobby is a great way to relieve your self and also a way to make your self happier, a creative product and a way to meet new people. There are lots of ways hobbies are good for you. But if you don’t have a regular leisure activity that you enjoy, it can be difficult to decide which one will be enjoyable for you as per your lifestyle. So chose wisely an interest that fits your personality and interests.


3.Think what you want to do, what next to do...


From your childhood you have so many dreams to follow, as time passes that dreams also erased from your life, but this is high time we could do introspection and plan for your short or long term goal and start to pursue them.


4. How can you generate more income.


Income is the most discussed thing we do nowadays. But how can we generate more income we have to have a mind for that. Through good skills it can ease.


5. What skill you can learn.


Learning skill is good but most people do mistake in it. Learn the skill for that you have an interest for that, will be beneficial for your lifestyle. In the time of easily available internet we chose to learn random things, but having a creative and enjoyable skill will be more productive for you.


6. How can you make yourself happier...


Happyness is the one thing for that we run here and there. But thinking what make you happy and then doing the thing will be happier. For happyness you do not need to do big things but also develop a habbit of finding it in small things that you do in your daily life, will be the happiest thing.


7. Talk to friends.


Friends are those how play a role of Jamvant in your life. (Jamvant motivated lord Hanuman in Ramayana to go beyond sea to reach Mata Sita.). They remind you about your strengths as well as weakness. Going deep you will find the things you need as human being it includes almost all, like love, respect, faith and many more.


8. Make a list of crazy things to do for enjoy.


You always have a ghost mind may be you hesitate to exaggerate it. It is also the things that no one believes but the fact is you enjoy more while doing this kind of things. Make a list for that, may be some of them you will not be able to do during this pandemic but plan for future to live with crazy things.


9. Do workout or yoga.


Make yourself not only distress but also make yourself fit, you need to follow some workout that fits in your personality.


10. Try to be as you are, love yourself, accept your lifestyle.
