I found this book a complete guide for our life. This is a quick read book; I completed this within seven hours. The author described a lot of research data that he found by interviewing people of Japan. In this book everything is described what we need in life to live more than hundred years. This is the main theme of the book to live more but along with it there are so many more things described to relate this with things like.

How can reader find happiness?
How can reader find the things he/she love to do?

There are some of the things reader will get to know after reading this book. The reader can find all the answer of above question and many more questions related to it.
