Creative writing had a beauty of having wide variety of genre and styles. Most of the famous writers follow their own style. They are known for their style. They had mastered their own style for years. So as a beginner, there are lots of questions which affect our writing and sometime stuck us in the process while we have the best idea to write on. To improve my writing and become avid writer I picked this book this time. We get a clear view on following questions after reading the book.
What should we do to become a great writer?
Should we initially focus on language?
Should we focus on skilling creative writing?
Should I follow the style of most famous writers?
How can I make and pursue my own style of writing?
Like these, there are so many questions we get while starting our writing journey but after reading this book we can clear our mind and improve our writing a lot. We can improve not only writing but also English language by applying appropriate punctuation, adjective and conjunction etc.
There is a myth for learning creative writing, some people believe in Academies is to learn writing while, some believe in practise writing everyday to be a great writer. But the most famous writers suggest to read a lot and to write a lot to be a great writer. So while buying the book for reading a variety. I picked this book. This is very famous book with a concise content. I learnt a lot with this book and anyone can learn basics of English language and writing also.
While writing so many times we feel something wrong no matter how we try to write it. There are so many ambiguities take place like, did I need to put comma after “something wrong” did I need to put comma inside the quotation mark? These things are largely stuck on writing but through this book these things and similar ambiguities cleared. Now we can boost up our writing journey with improved version.
