DIMINISHING DIPPRESION ... SURGING SATISFACTION







We are living in a modern lifestyle, everything is changed from the natural pattern and this modern lifestyle affected us very much in every bit of our life, like in our food system and in our working system, gradually in our swift operations. We are going away from the physical activities. We are addicted with listening others, watching others and thinking for others. We make our own observations from others. 

In every person’s life there are some moments happen when he feels like discouraged and helpless, may be because of unemployment, increasing crime, decreasing health care, increasing discrimination against races, increasing amount of bills. In other words, if anyone got an injury or anyone broke a glass by mistake in-home etc. The consequences of this make him short minded, he feels like he is in depression by listening someone’s immoral word for this kind of events. He may also feel himself as a very unscrupulous person, he is not feeling contented, or he does not have enough money etc. Sometimes people say like this, but later on, such feeling or thinking will become his attitude. We make our attitude a type of deleterious. 

Or some people say on phone call while talking to his loved ones that I am now a days in depression. But they do not know the actual meaning of depression or stress. Most of the people do not know this type of terminology. And talking with this type of mentality is totally wrong. Sometimes people say that he knows a person who had depression and he fell into suicidal thoughts but this is a wrong mentality. Everyone sometime feel discouraged and depressed but it does not mean that he is in depression. 

The people, who think negative will definitely break the relationship, get angry on the trivial things, may feel aggressive in minor conversation, like you are watching a news channel a debate is going on in which one person trying to discourage another person abusing someone. So, you will get negativity from such news channel which is avoidable to promote or watch. Watch something good whether it is a news channel or any other channel of your interest which promote good things or get into habit of listening speeches of inspiring people that can produce good results in your lifestyle and behaviour. You can also get into good religious practice, like reading books or watching the religious channels. Get into the environment of health promoting and spend time with cordial people. 



Without our knowledge it starts to affect our body system and the time came when you will feel depressed. You may also feel that you are suffering from any disease but the tendency of depression is increasing in yourself. And finally you are in depression. 

The signs of depression can be felt when you reduce talking, you reduce laughing, you reduce meeting to people, you try to be introvert, you will feel disinterested in any type of play, you will feel sleepless or you will sleep for a longer duration, you will always see negativity in everything. Whenever you feel this type of symptoms then you should try to cure it, knowingly or unknowingly you were tending towards depression. It is a very serious issue, it alters chemical imbalance in nervous system, it also reduces your thinking capability, and you may feel confused. At the end, your mind may develop multi personality disorder, sometimes you laugh for no reason, and sometime you talk restlessly. It becomes a clinical depression when you did not feel good or good taste in your food. You are developing dark circle under your eyes. You may get into drugs, liquor or suicidal thoughts to overcome your depression. 

But there are so many people the world who did not know the actual reason rather than blaming depression. The person suffering from depression does not feel good to live or bad to die. He did not have much strong thinking capability. But the family and friends can play a vital role by judging the behaviour of the person and make him comfortable. 

Family and friends should ask why he is doing this type of activities why is not talking much. But some people without knowing suggest the person that he is in a depression and it is an old age disease, this disease felt by older people you are young you do not need to feel like this. Giving this type of suggestion is not good; this type of mind-set also depressed the person in large amount. 

Doing workout or yoga is good for one’s mind it releases dopamine in neurons which produces feel good factor inside one’s brain. One can also take one or two cup of green tea some amount of figs etc. Hobby can also play a vital role in it, apart from doing workout; one can do painting, gardening, and videography, photography, playing football etc. or anything that one like. Also doing social work or going outside, meeting people, talking to them, can improve one’s health. 

It is very important to know when and how you feel depression what the trigger points are! When you are tending towards any unusual feeling, and if you know the trigger points then you can easily deal with that without medicines. Medicines may have some side effects like it may increase one’s weight, one may get into a longer hours of sleep, one’s sexual relationship may affect. If one is getting into it, one should start working out instead of being lazy buffalo and increase the amount of self-care.
