HAPPINESS FROM WITHIN
In our life everyday we come across the people who keep himself inside monotonous practices, sad environment, and sadness all over. The reason of it may be misery in their life, maybe they are not compatible with the relationship that they have, maybe they are sailing through financial crisis. Being happy does not depend on any of the above but it is a state of mind.
We have to make it clear in our day to day life that we all have to handle the difficult situations and bigger problems. It depends on the people’s aptitude how they train their brain to deal with any problem.
Some people are not happy as they have filled negativity in their life. They are getting constant attacks psychologically through the content they consume on day to day basis. Their mind is influenced by that, and also by the environment they are living in. They create a false pride and a status as a goal to be achieved. Some false prides are spread in our society that make them unhappy one. It is assumed that a happy person is he who has a big house, a scintillating car, go shopping every weekend. Some false prides among students are like, good students are that who go to top schools or colleges and score good marks. Such things are induced in our childhood. So, they work diligently to get such things done and once they get something done, they create another mental status and a goal to be achieved.
This kind of attacks from TV serials, movies and news channels content with which they are served, made them discouraged and narrow their thoughts. It degraded their capability to act according to them, see the things and decide as they want to do and more over it is the reason they are not happy.
There are some other people who are very intelligent. They always try to find something new, the things that are more profitable or the ideas that challenge them. But they forget that the world is full of ordinary people, who are satisfied by even less important things. The intelligent people feel dis hearted, dragged for the ordinary people present around them. The intelligent people do not understand simple things and they are called as loners, introverts and dysfunctional people. They are the unhappiest persons.
Though there are so many ways people keep themselves to be happy but here I am trying to emphasise on the happiness that can be attained from within rather searching other happy person with which we can share.
One of the ways to be happy is travelling alone, the best form of being happy alone. It gives a new perspective while experiencing places, meeting different people and nature. That teaches us more about life then any book. Exploring new things will keep us healthy and hearty, and give an attitude of always moving on.
People are not born talented (ignore exceptions) some are good at something and some learn something new. Learn some hobby which gives you extreme joy. It can be learnt from internet. It may be creative writing, photography, or any new language. Try to be good at something, in any area that you can teach other persons and earn happiness. It will not only boost your dopamine but keeps you occupied even in alone.
You have to learn to love yourself. By loving your feelings, perception emotions and thoughts creates a feel good factor that increases the hormone endorphins and that is main factor for happiness from within.
Surrounding the creepy people that degrades or demotivates you will create negative space. Try to be someone who makes you happy rather than searching others to keep you happy. Explore the people who have positive thinking and share your knowledge and thoughts with them.
Start the day with great enthusiasm and plan for the upcoming events. Organise your room with some spiritual things that create good vibes. Accept the failure with smile expecting it as the next chapter to be success. Lower down your expectations from anyone. It will not only make you independent but also make you content for your thoughts and actions.
In my spare time, I observe people, their thoughts, actions and gestures. I read a lot and write a lot. Writing about the people creates some funny moments that make me happy for that time and when I convey this moment to others it also make others laugh. I get feel good factor by appreciate myself for the work I do and the people who encourage me.
I start my day with prayers. It makes me positive throughout the day and provides peace of mind. Whenever time permits, I go to spiritual places where I found myself very calm. I found so many people who do some work out or yoga in the morning but I do it whenever I get time, whether it is a day or it is a night. I avoid watching TV or watching random movies but prefer talking to friends or relatives. I am also in touch with so many friends of my college and school. It will give me a reason to be happy while laughing on the childhood things and funny moments. It helps me to understand people, their character which helps me in my writing to exaggerate particular plot.
Focusing on the happiness that originates from taking others help may be very volatile and embarrassing. So, You should try to focus on the happiness that originates from within that is permanent.
