BOOK SUMMARY : THE MONK WHO SOLD HIS FERARI
The monk who sold his Ferrari is written by Robin Sharma. It is divided in thirteen chapters. There is a man, Julian Mental who got a heart attack in the courtroom. Julian was the most famous and avid lawyer of the country. He was a very rich person full of luxuries. John was a junior and friend of Julian. Julian was a workaholic and had no life at all which ruined his soul. After recovering from his health, he went to India; he went to search inner peace and purpose in life.
During journey he met Yogi named Krishnan. He advised him to find sages of Shivan in Himalaya. Julian searched diligently and found Yogi Raman who was the head of sages of Shivan. Yogi Rahman took him to show the path of nirvana. Yogi Raman asked Julian to promise that all the knowledge he received here, will spread in his surroundings. Julian after so many years again looked young and full of life. Julian then left Shivan and went to his old friend John. John was surprised to see Julian in a monk look. Julian new that John’s life was also going through like his life some year before. So, he started teaching everything to John what he learned from sages of Shivan.
