HOW TO CREATE AND LIVE WITH MEMORIES FOR A LIFETIME
Everyone starts his day with great enthusiasm, doing his professional work but at the end of the day we feel discouraged, sad and get bored. Same will also happen if we live with old memories; it may give happiness for some time. While watching or talking about old memories we feel an urge to create new ones. Memories define our life, what happens to us, how we became, what we are today and also teach us life lessons.
Everyone’s life does not have its own meaning. But many people claim that they know what the use of life is! but it is not absolute truth. Our life is an experience and we carry with us own experiences and memories of it till the end.
A new place compels us to pay attention and take in new complexity and denser memories results. As we aged, we experience very less new things and we get lesser memories as well. We can do something to live our life with fullest and create memories. Happy memories from the cornerstone of our identity, and can help in diminishing depression and loneliness. It influences our happiness in the current situation as well as providing a framework for our hopes and dreams.
Nostalgic things make us happy, it also increase our self-esteem and strengthen our social connectedness. So, we should more vividly remember the good time and feel happier. Everyone from decades remembers the most firsts; first kiss, first job, first home. But in our thirties and forties our memories become blur. Find the ways, we can get new experiences, is a good strategy for making memories that will last for decades. But it does not mean go for expensive travel or bypass your professional job. If we live in each and every moment then it will also be a way to create memories. We could be in the most amazing place in the world but if our mind will be in office every moment or going over on argument we had with someone, we will not be fully present nor live the moment fullest. We should not wait for the big occasions for memories but celebrate all the victories even smaller ones. There are so many memorable moments in life but we do not count most of them.
The peak end effect means we remember the peak and end of an experience above everything else. So if we weave a special moment into the last part of an event, we will create a more positive memory overall.
Very nice things to learn and live life with memories
