BOOK SUMMARY: DO EPIC SHIT

Do Epic Shit book is written by Ankur Warikoo. The book is full of optimism, quotes and provides detailed awareness about the things we merely ignore. The book is divided in six chapters.

Your goal is to make every people say: “I am not sure if she knows how to do it but I’m certain if told to do it she will figure it out, I trust her.”

The writer has provided a detailed review of the mistakes he did his 20's and 30’s.

Habits built us, goals lay us barren. He has suggested best ways to habits like, prioritization is about scheduling and using technology for everything possible etc.

If you do not ask, the answer is always no. You will get what you seek not what you desire, not what you dream, what you seek.

Capability is rarely the question mark in life it is always the intent. The overwhelming entrepreneurial journey of the writer and some great lessons the chapter is all about that.

Now I know it is not money that makes people change their orbit. It is an opportunity. I spend my money helping others not by giving them money but instead of creating opportunities for other as well as for our self so that tomorrow they might not need any money. The writer has mentioned the mistakes he did about the money, investment, debt everything in full detail.

In the book we get some great points…

You are what you do.

Success is a relationship you have with your own self.

We have just one life. Why live it with just one identity?

The Pro is an armature who is simply showed up everyday.

Do not measure how valuable you are by the way you are treated.

We were all born with innate ability to ask questions endlessly.

There is permanent discomfort in living life as a template.

The best form of writing is the one that is written neither out of fear nor with the willingness to charge.

The best gift you can give yourself and to others is to take care of your own happiness.

Sympathy: I feel sorry for you.

Empathy: I can understand what you must be going through.

Respect: I admire the way you are handling this.

Respect is greater than empathy, empathy is greater than sympathy.

No one is useless. Everyone knows something you do not know.

This book is all about our awareness. Every chapter of the book is a quote, an advice, an experience. That we all know but not aware.
